Sleep habits

I always sleep at around pretty much morning time. 4-6 am. My sleeping habit is fucking horribly bad. I need to change it. During the day I am awake. And also during midnight too. I need to change this sleep habit right now. Fuck, Any suggestions?

Sup Neek, haven't commented in a while. I work the graveyard shift (midnight to 8am) at a broadcasting company. Pretty much get paid to watch TV. Anyways, it's a really bad habit but try to get into the habit of napping. If you do it correctly, you can shift your whole sleep cycle to whatever the fuck you want. It takes a while though, even after a few months i'm still not totally adjusting to sleeping in the day and working at night.

I've noticed a lot of pics of a Time Attack GTI... what happened to your Jetta?

that was my friends car, still got my jetta. Might get a gti or e class. Are you in japan still? I need a japanese girl. lol

Sleeping pattern is affected by you sitting in front of the computer. If you turn your computer away and don't use it, you will return to normal sleeping patterns. But you'll be bored as sh*t!
